Butternut squash and sausage casserole
In your lovely new Habitat pan, brown an onion and some par-boiled butternut squash. Add in sliced sausage (we used good frankfurters), cumin and a dash of chilli flakes. In the last couple of minutes add in sliced spinach and sliced spring onion (from the garden!). Serve on brown rice with a dash of lemon juice and a sprinkling of black sesame seeds.

Charlotte–you ARE a DG (domestic goddess.) Thank you for giving me cooking advice! I will try the recipe you wrote on flickr, and this one!
Black sesame seeds! Such a great idea, I have a huge bag, and as silly as it sounds, I didn’t think of using them for anything other than sushi!
oh wow, you give an idea! we’ve got lots and lots of buttercup (can be the substitute to butternut, can’t it?). looks yummy!!
