Yesterday Astrid said her first word while they were all out at the zoo. She said Tiger. And she said it again last night just before seven when daddy asked if she said Tiger that day. Astrid said Tiger! And it was a real, proper, audible word!
Mornings before daddy goes to work and before Astrid gets dressed and has breakfast with mummy she sometimes has some of daddy’s cornflakes.

Aaaw isn’t she just so cute. Watch out, once they start they just will not.shut.up!! I say this will all the love I can muster in my cold shriveled heart!! I joke of course *snort*. Esme started to talk properly a couple of months ago and good gawd that girl can jibber!! Weird I can’t remember her first proper word- eeep does that make me a bad mother?? I’ll have to look back on the blog- I’m SURE I blogged about it!!
